Returns
At Mondees, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns, and provide a full refund (under certain conditions) or an exchange, or store credit provided the return is initiated within 14 days of purchase.
We make every effort to ensure that the quality of our products sold online reach you in the same condition they left our store. Whilst we provide secure packaging to protect our products, we take no responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit, so please read our delivery terms carefully before placing your order.
If your order is received in a damaged state, with said damage sustained during the manufacturing process, and not related to damage incurred during transit; or incorrect products are supplied to you; or the products are recalled, we will provide you with a full refund, no questions asked.
If you have a change of mind and wish to return the products, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit to the full amount of the original purchase.
Returned items must be in the original, saleable condition with packaging intact. If the product is damaged in any way that was not sustained in the manufacturing process, or you have initiated a return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Terms
We use standard delivery (Nationwide) which means your order should, under normal circumstances, reach you within 5 to 7 working days. We will not be held responsible for delays within the postal service that are beyond our control.
Orders will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of order. If we are out of stock with any items ordered, we will notify you within 3 working days and your order will be placed on backorder and shipped when stocks are replenished.
If you live within remote areas or areas which are not well serviced by Australian Post, delays could be experienced, and standard delivery times may not apply.
Loss and Damage
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you (the customer) once goods are dispatched. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until such time as the original order has been located and returned to the address it was dispatched from.
Australia Post/couriers will do their best to handle your order with care. However, given the perishable and fragile nature of your order and the fact that they may not have a fragile parcel service, Australia Post/couriers cannot take responsibility for products that may have been affected by temperatures and deliveries that have not met their delivery service standards.
